Hand Make Create offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia over $200. Postage prices at Hand Make Create are calculated according to the weight of the product purchased. For postage within Australia if the product/s weighs up to 500grams the postage added at the checkout is $10, over 500g and under 3kgs is $15 and over 3kgs and under 5kgs is $20.

For postage I use Australia Post with tracking for all my Australian postage which generally takes 2+ days to most major metro and regional centres within Australia. I will email you your tracking details. I also offer an EXPRESS POST option if you need your order URGENTLY. I will endeavour to wrap and send your parcel as quickly as I can.

Hand Make Create also offers a pick up service from Suite 11, 20-28 Maddox Street, Alexandria 2015 NSW Australia. If you would like to use this pick up service I am in store every Friday and Saturday from 10am - 3pm. If you would like to pick up at any other time please feel free to contact me to arrange a time.

International shipping is available and calculated in Australian dollars when you check out. I use Australia Post International Post with the option of Standard (usually 5 to 10 business days) or Express (usually 2 to 4 business days between major metros and signature on delivery). Your parcel is tracked not only by you through an email but I am also made aware of the delivery of your goods.
