It is worked from the top down, seamlessly. The body has an extra-oversized fit and the decreases worked just before the hem ribbing shape the waist tight-fitting. The sleeves are extra wide and long so that you can layer it over various types of clothes, like a jacket. Take advantage of the top-down construction and try on your cardigan as you are knitting it to adjust the body and sleeve lengths to your liking.

This cardigan is knitted with very large size needles and a thick yarn.

Yarn: 4 (4, 5, 6, 7) 7, 8, 8 (10, 10, 11) skeins of KOKON Chunky Mohair - 78% mohair, 13%  merino wool, and 9% nylon. 109 yds / 100 m – 50 g)

Needles: 8mm / US 11, 6mm / US10 and 4.5mm / US 7 circular knitting needles, longer than 80 cm / 32 inches. Adjust needle size if necessary to get gauge.
